From the Ipswitch Website, HF2 includes HF1 (see below). However,
I would move to install 8.11 patch as it fixed a ton of problems.
IMail Server 8.10 Hotfix 2 superceeds and includes updates from IMail
Server 8.10 Hotfix 1.
