Put a rule at the top of the rules.ima to move any email to that email
address to that account. Not a perfect solution, but it should work.

As in do not filter email for a specific mailbox at all.

Quick question everyone: 

Is there a way to turn off spam filtering entirely for a specific email
address in 8.11? I have a support email address that keeps getting false
positives because of the log data that gets entered in the emails, and our
support people are complaining.
