See the NUL part - they went to deleted - check for rules or other settings that could 
delete these.

Hello All,
I have a client who is not able to receive emails from a particular domain. He's able 
to send emails fine but not receive them. The
client did a test email to his customer and cc'd me. I checked the logs and the email 
was delivered to the customer fine, to which
she replied to us. I checked t he logs and found that the logs showed the emails as 
being delivered yet neither I nor my client
received anything. Here's the logs:

Any thoughts on this? I've checked my kill file for the end customer's domain and 
found nothing. I've also checked my Declude spam
account and found nothing. What am I missing here?
