I absolutely don't want my customers changing the limits I set even if they have host admin access. If this were the case then there's no reason to set limits. A welcome change as far as I'm concerned.

Only users with System Administrator and Host Administrator rights can make this change in Web Messaging. This Admin user logs into the web interface and goes to Admin Options - User Admin then modifies a different user in the same domain. The config info comes up but does not allow the Host Administrator to change the "Max Mailbox Size" or "Max Number Messages" where this used to be an option in previous versions of iMail. Is something improperly configured or is this functionality now disabled within 8.1? -- IMail Ask A Tech Version . I have a virtual domain with a user that has "host administrator" privileges. When the user logs into the web interface, they don't have the ability to change the users Max Mailbox Size nor Mail Number Messages, it simply shows the current setting without the option to modify. If I log in using "I-Mail administrator" privileges, I have the ability to modify those fields..... I'm running 8.11. I've looked through the knowledge base, help files, etc., and didn't notice mention of this issue. Any info would be sincerely appreciated. --Bill To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
