As was said, if you're not using it, either disable it or uninstall it. With that in mind, some services you have to have for the OS to function, and for you to get done what needs to be done, so a fair amount of that is going to be unique to each environment. If you're not sure what a service does, I strongly sugggest you look up the name in google/yahoo/whatever and find out what it is and does before you shut it off or remove it, and stopping or disabling first might be safer in case you find you need it back. Dependencies should be checked carefully before turning something off, of course. Make sure you have a plan in case you manage to kill some critical service to the OS and windows halts on you. Stopping an automatic service and just waiting to see if it starts itself back up or if something dies can be effective if done carefully.
I think the four you've listed are OS critcal. Your mileage may vary - play with this stuff at your own risk.
