Ah, thanks! It was set to 12 (default – we installed IMail 7.x and are now on 8.11) and I changed it to 30 as we always wanted to have a larger timeout :-)

Regards,

Nika.

Hi,

We reprogrammed the templates using a frame to hide the session id. After that we changed it to 30min as some people take a lot of time to create some mails.

Curious, what do some of you have your Webmail Session Timeout set to?

Thanks!
