Good luck... they dont give a rat's ass about outside networks OR their clients. We've given up on getting off their lame list, and we've told every client we have to cancel their account with RoadRunner and go with local DSL. So far, all have done so. RoadRunner will continue to lose business based on my company's recommendations now... if enough people vote with their wallet, maybe they'll change their tune.
