Good luck... they dont give a rat's ass about outside networks OR their clients.  
We've given up on getting off their lame list, and we've told every client we have to 
cancel their account with RoadRunner and go with local DSL.  So far, all have done so. 
 RoadRunner will continue to lose business based on my company's recommendations 
now... if enough people vote with their wallet, maybe they'll change their tune.

Does anybody have a contact phone # for RoadRunner.  I have tried over the
last few months to get a hold of them because they are blocking our network,
but have got nothing but an automated message.  I've even got our customers
to get a hold of RR customers that they correspond with, and though the
technicians claim they will look into it, not a word has been heard.
