After I sent it, I realized that I forgot something: Everything coming
in that matched the rule was forwarded to my address, so I could LOOK
for false positives. My apology, I should have said that in the first
place.

It made sense for me to receive more email (and perhaps some spam, too).
I was actually LOOKING for the spam, but I didn't expect the false
positives.

Since then, I have tweaked the numbers in the brackets from "1,64" to
"1,32", and have sent multiple tests from an outside mail account to try
fooling it. I just discovered that an email with attachment that had a
filename 31 characters long got caught by the rule, while an email each
with 32 and 33 characters for a filename was sent to its intended
recipient.

Provided that a virus keeps the filename less than 32 characters, I
should be okay. I don't know about short URLs though...
