It depends on what you want to do with it.

For example, what do you do with mail that fails a phrase? Delete or
Inspect?

If you send it to inspect, obviously the Nigerian Spam would be sent to
inspect as well.

If you want to get serious and delete it on receipt where other phrases are
sent to inspect, you have to create a rule to catch about 15 phrases in
these emails and then send them to never never land.

It's also much easier if your business will never see any business from
Africa or Nigeria so you can use key words such as those for auto delete.

But again, it comes down to what you do with a phrase list failure and if
your company deals with any Companies that would mention a number of the
phrases used in this type email.

Subject: [IMail Forum] spam from nigeria and others

oops.... sorry about the prior one...

has anyone been successful in coming up with a method to catch the spam
where the king of nigeria, his wife, or accountant wants you to send money
or use your bank account for transfers?

If you have a way, would you mind sharing it?

thanks, bob
