I m having client complaints about slow delivery of emails. They say it might take from a few minutes to a day or two for email to get delivered to or from their mailboxes. I don t see a problem when I send email. Any ideas where to start looking would help.
The first two places to look are the E-mail headers (timestamps in the Received: headers and Date: header), and then the IMail SMTP log file (time of receipt, time of delivery, and time of any failed delivery attempts).
