I didn't have a problem installing the 8.11 Patch, even though I had the two hotfixes installed. But I do have a problem.
My problem is that I was talking with Ipswitch Tech Support about an issue where if you try to access Webmail using the Primary Internal IP of the server (for example: http://10.0.1.250:8383) then you are taken to /login.cgi) and shown a blank page. If you change from the URL to the DNS name of the server, then the page loads fine. This is only when using the new WebMail templates that came with 8.10. The old webmail templates load fine, however. Disabling the User Suspend Option in the WebMail Service fixes the problem, but if you have users who access your WebMail from shared computers, you will want to take advantage of this feature. Does anyone out there have the same problem, and/or know of a possible solution? I am willing to try anything at this point!!!!
