We tested it on our server and it could not handle our load (over 500k messages per day at that time). I don't know how it would perform on lower volume server, and since it didn't work I can't say how effective it is when compared with Declude to catch spam and viruses.
Declude can handle this kind of load without problems, so if your server has a heavy load you are probably better off with Declude.
