No worries, long thread that continued yesterday afternoon/evening.

PS..  I have passed on a lot of the information discussed from yesterday to webtv.net. Being that they are in Mountain View CA they probably haven't gotten to their email yet but it will be interesting to see what they have to say.

I recently found that Cox had my domain in their own DNS servers as if they were authoritative for it, and this was blocking their ability to do proper lookups and therefore deliver E-mail.  You might try querying their DNS servers for your domain in order to see what you get...maybe a lead.

Does anyone else have problems getting email to them? I have been trying to get an answer from them for over two months. I call their tech support and talk to India, I have emailed [EMAIL PROTECTED] 30 times and today a tech told me to write them a letter and send it to their Mountain View office. Absolutely blows me away. I have had to tell people we are trying to email to contact them and they get nowhere as well. I don't understand how they retain customers. Sorry for the vent.
