I have a strange problem with one of our users when sending mail. When sending mail she is returned a message from postmaster saying the mail was incorrectly addressed, in all cases the first letter seems to have been dropped, this is not being caused by a typo.
Example : email sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] would be returned with the address saying [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Have any of you guys come across this before? Can this be rectified?
The first step is to check your log files, to see if it is happening before, during, or after IMail processes the E-mail.
