You need to log into WebMail with an account that has the Imail System Administrator access enabled for that account in IMail.
Then, go to ACCOUNT OPTIONS --> USER ADMINISTRATION Under the DEFAULT USER ATTRIBUTES heading, un-check the box: ENABLE CALENDARING This will remove the calendar access for all users.
