That's how I do it, only I use Outlook 2003 open the message and choose
"Actions" from the tool bar and "Resend this message". It acts similar to
Eudora in that it shows the "sent by "original sender" on behalf of "spam"".

Here is how we do it.

1. We check the "spam" account with Eudora
2. We "redirect" the mail - not forward it.  This shows the mail from 
coming from the sender "by way of" the spam account.
3. The spam account is in the white list.
