I suggested the program alias for flexibility, and because if users can't get to web 
then there is a higher liklihood that they will
need to have documents, attachements, etc. sent back to them, and managing these in a 
program would be easier than potentially
hundreds of rules and info managers.

Doesn't need to a program alias...you can use an inbound rule looking for
certain subjects. Then for each  condition send the message to a different
usser with the info manager enabled to send the auto-response (unless the
info to be sent is large).
