To answer your question, something is clearly wrong. I have an extensive phrase list and it does not filter on just one word.
For example, Tripp Allen of Ipswitch stated in 8.0x that the domains in a PHRASE LIST should not have the . In them but a space instead. For example ipswitch com If it only filters on one word, all the email with any com in them would get flagged.
