I feel the same way.  I deal with a lot of teachers that just need to get
their email from Administrator's or whoever and don't have time to worry
about viruses.  So that's why I try to do it at the server level.  Some
small schools do not have the money for a tech support team so that's why we
are here to try and protect them as much as when can.

Thanks for all the feedback.  

Oh and the rule semi fixed the problem for now until I can find something
better.
