We have seen a few people have this problem. One case that may cause the problem is tabs in the HOSTS file; replace them with spaces. If this problem continues try turning off your DNS black lists and other connection filters one at a time to help isolate the problem.
We'd really like to fix this problem, but so far we been unable to duplicate it. Any help we can get in isolating it to one particular list or filter is appreciated.
