Generally I highly recommand filtering such lines via rules:
FONT-SIZE: 1px
These are a 99,999999999% indicator of spam mail. This indicates lines of text that 
you are unable to read anyway. (Their purpose is to simply "silently" mess up 
statistical filters)

The rest of the mail does not really contain good words for any kind of safe content 
filtering...
