The Enterprise license allows you to run the SMTP Gateway product waht ever the name to protest the same number of mailboxes as your license allows for.
So if you have a 100 useer enterprise license then to be license complient you can not protest any more that 100 mail boxes with the gateway product. This is what we have been told by Symantes many times. Every year when we do our license review we are required to call symantes and ask this question. It is not clear in the written license agreement???
