If you are wanting to change the MaxMailbox size for each individual on the domain just set it at the domain level (keep in mind exceptions have to usually be dealt with somehow). If at the user level go to the users folder and click on the global user change and adjust it there

Interesting...learn something new every day.  Must be something new in v8 that I hadn't noticed.

In any case, if you extract the list of domains and create a reg file that has an entry like the following for each one you could apply it.  I recommend backing up the registry before attempting.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ipswitch\IMail\Domains\<domain name>]
"NotifyPercent"=dword:00000050
simply replace <domain name> with the actual domain.

For individual account limits, you need to start with a list of all individual accounts.  Then you can either create a similar .reg script as above or use the IMail adduser utility to modify accounts to set mailbox and attachment size limits.

This is all assuming you're using the internal IMail user database (registry) instead of an external database.

I was referring to the email notice when the account reached its 80% limit of mail box size.

You could extract the list of user accounts and run a script over them to set the limits.  Not sure what you mean by 80%, though.  You have to set a byte limit.  Perhaps you mean the byte limit for attachments is 80% of the account limit?  That would seem high though, so perhaps you mean something else.

Group

I have over 200 Virtual Mail accounts.
I need to start establishing mailbox size limits, including the full mailbox address with a 80% value.
Is there a way to do this with out manually going inot each account?
