I'm getting the same problem with my phrase filters... it keeps filtering on something that's been removed and restarted the services...

Hi, HTML content filtering has resulted in far to many false positives due to customers with fancy signatures, so I've decided to drop it. I've unchecked all HTML filtering features (except for url domains), but mail stil gets filtered!
