Okay, I have to say that I probably know what the answer is beforehand. But just for the sake of argument.
When it comes to handling incoming zip attachments, I don't think I can be as granular as we presently are with that new "dot com" rule recently discussed. After all. every incoming zip file is an attachment, of which the same cannot be said for "dot com". But do you handle "dot zip" files differently in any way, now that they more often carry a viral payload?
