It only seems to be happening in the one office that has a Symantec firewall configured identically to at least five other offices using similar connections. I do have ignore source address checked. I will make sure that my hosting company doesn't have 8385 blocked, and I'm using the IMAIL DB so I don't think the external DB issue would apply. I don't suppose that cable in that area would be blocking 8385...
