>From what I understand it will allow one to manage the access control
list within Imail.  Below it the summary help file:

      Requirements:   Imail Server, Windows NT 4 SP3 or greater / Win

      Download:   ManageAcc.zip [86k]
      ManageAcc.exe allows for the modificaton of the Imail Server .acc
files. 
      You may add,find and remove ip addresses either individualy or via
the 
      database bulk update method. 
      If using the db bulk update, the table containing the ip addresses
must at 
      minimum contain columns named "IP" and "Subnet" (without the
quotes). 

      Usage:

       ManageAcc.exe [-in | -act | -ip | -sub | -dsp | -out | -dsn |
-tbl | -uid 
      | -pwd] -in[REQUIRED] Full path to SMTPD32.acc 
            -out[REQUIRED] Output file for writing the updates.
            -act[OPTIONAL] Action to perform. Valid actions are: view 
            [default],add,delete,find,db
            -ip[REQUIRED for add,delete or find] IP address used for
add,delete 
            or find actions
            -sub[REQUIRED for add or delete] IP subnet used for add or
delete. 
            To block single computer, use subnet of: 255.255.255.255
            -dsp[OPTIONAL] Display mode for viewing acc contents. Valid
modes 
            are: text [default],dwords,bytes
            -dsn[REQUIRED for db action only] Data source name for doing
db 
            based bulk adds. Required for db action.
            -tbl[OPTIONAL] Table name for bulk db adds. Defaults to
'Blacklist'.
            -uid[OPTIONAL] Database userid for bulk db adds. Defaults to
NULL.
            -pwd[OPTIONAL] Database password for bulk db adds. Defaults
to NULL.
            [null]This switch list will be displayed


      Examples:

       To view c:\imail\smtpd32.acc 
      ManageAcc -in c:\imail\smtpd32.acc

      To view c:\imail\smtpd32.acc as dwords 
      ManageAcc -in c:\imail\smtpd32.acc -dsp dwords

      To open c:\imail\smtpd32.acc, add single computer 192.168.0.1 and
output 
      c:\imail\smtpd32_01.acc 
      ManageAcc -in c:\imail\smtpd32.acc -out c:\imail\smtpd32_01.acc
-ip 
      192.168.0.1 -sub 255.255.255.255

      To open c:\imail\smtpd32.acc, add group of 192.168.0.0 and output 
      c:\imail\smtpd32_01.acc 
      ManageAcc -in c:\imail\smtpd32.acc -out c:\imail\smtpd32_01.acc
-ip 
      192.168.0.0 -sub 255.255.255.0

      To add the entire contents of the BLACKLIST table to
c:\imail\smtpd32.acc 
      ManageAcc -out c:\imail\smtpd32.acc -act db -dsn IPDataBase -tbl
