When trying to submit the form for a new user
I keep getting this error, I have given permissions to the everyone group for
read and white permissions on the directories that contain all files associated,
I've also went through all of the MS Knowledgebase articles and tried them even
though they aren't relative to this OS. If anyone has any other ideas of things
to try to remedy this problem please let me know.
