This is definitely one of the most opaque posts I've seen in a while. You're following the manual, but you don't see anything in the manual that specifically says, "Oh, by the way, this works as indicated." Do you usually see that kind of thing? :)) So: what's it about your installation that makes you think that peering does not apply to it? What are you trying to get out of peering? If you're looking for redundancy (per your other thread), peering is the wrong direction; it's for manual load balancing, not redundancy. --Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] SpamAssassin plugs into Declude! http://www.mailmage.com/products/software/freeutils/SPAMC32/download/release/ Defuse Dictionary Attacks: Turn Exchange Addresses into IMail Aliases! http://www.mailmage.com/products/software/freeutils/exchange2aliases/download/release/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
