This is a little off topic... I'm about to start PC / Network maint. contract work and I wanted to get feedback on monthly / yearly rates and what are the services that you provide. I'm already successful on the per hour basis but I want to expand and get the residual monthly income. What are the pitfall that you've run into? With the plans that I'm developing, I will be providing outsourced mail and web related stuff. Would any of you be willing to provide a sample contract? If so, please contact me off list!
