This  will likely have some beneficial effect on the USA-only domains.
But  bear in mind that spammers will send to machines listening on TCP
25,  even  if  they  are not listed in MX records (even more likely if
they  _were_  listed  in  MX  records),  so the insulation will not be
complete.
