I for one would MUCH rather have a web-based forum than this list...this list is a pain. I definitely don't want the information to go away, but a web forum is a much better way to do this.
And I just don't buy the concept of the resource being in jeopardy moving from this list to a web forum...I've participated in many forums that are just as active as this is and some that are much more active than this is. Searching a web forum is easier, following the threads is easier, oh, and look at that, it's CENTRALIZED so people don't have to worry about missing messages, trouble with their e-mail, accidentally deleting things, etc. The only caveat would be Ipswitch choosing the right software...there are some out there that just plain ol' suck.
