I know this has been addressed somewhat before but here goes again.
I started seeing the following DNS errors on my W2k DNS server

The DNS server received a bad TCP-based DNS message from 10.10.1.2. The
packet was rejected or ignored.

That IP is my Imail server also running W2k. DNS is not installed on that
machine.
These error messages began showing up (20 to 30 per day) when I enabled the
fiveten, spamhaus, and SpamCop blacklists.

The Imail server is configured to use the W2k DNS server. Should I change
that to use my ISP's DNS?
Should I worry about this at all?

It sounds like there are problems with the odd TCP packets that IMail is sending. I would urge you to UNcheck the "Use TCP" option in the IMail v8 anti-spam settings. There is no need to use TCP with spam database lookups.
