Okay, I guess I didn't think that just sending it to the main mailbox would
work, but it does.  I currently have spam messages sent to a folder called
'spam' for each user, but when I do that it seems to bypass the incoming
rules for the individual users.  But it works when I send the message to
'main'.  Go figure.
