There is a tool that finds all the admin account on an IMail server, but that ended with IMail 6. As a work around you can try this: extract the user information from an external db or the IMail registry then search the attributes in the FLAGS column. The "Flags" value acts like a bitmap. Factors such as web access and host administration increase the Flags value.
