I'm using the rule H!~Subject\:!AND!H!~Content-Type\::NUL
to eliminate those empty mails with missing subject, from address and mail body. Unfortunately, IMail rules can only check for an empty mail body, but not for a missing mail body. This was verified with IMail tech support.
