Well,  yes...technically,  IMail  access  is  only  given  to those AD
accounts  in  the  domain  for  which  the  IMail server is a DC. With
multiple domains, you can segregate the users (OUs alone won't work).

But,  really,  is  this  a question of display within the AD Users and
Computers  MMC?  If  so,  you  could create saved display filters that
would take care of it from that end.
