Check the \imail\spool\web and delete any leftover temp and attachment files.  And then have him try again.

Subject: [IMail Forum] strange attachment issue

I have an email account on a domain that will not attach any attachments made out of Illustrator.  The client is a Mac user and uses IMAIL web browser to check his mail.  There are three other accounts set up on this domain in the exact same way and he can send attachments made out of Illustrator via those.  It is only in this one account.

I went so far as to have him download all the mail he needed to save, deleted the account totally and set it up from scratch and it continues to not forward attachments made out of Illustrator.

I need a little help figuring this out.  Why would one email account under a domain behave differently with attachments than the others?

His domain is vnea.com (account is [EMAIL PROTECTED]) in case any one knows of any other checkers out there to review the account.  I've used all the DNSstuff.com things to check all the setups and everything looks great.  I can login through web browser mail or my Outlook Express and send him attachments in emails and he gets them, but he can't reply back with them without it stripping the attachment.  When he tries to send a message with an attachment, it strips it out and sends the message anyway.

He doesn't use a mail client to download the mail from the server, he only used IMAIL interface.....

Any ideas greatly appreciated.....
