And when ISP stop using dynamic ip addresses I will use "Relay for
addresses", however untill that fine day...

Well, if you want to offer free services to spammers, that's your right (in many countries, at least). But very few people on this list will help you if you offer services to spammers -- especially if you do so for free!


Instead of supporting spammers, how about simply asking "Gee, how does everyone else set it up so that spammers can't use their mailserver, even if their users have dynamic IPs?". The answer is SMTP AUTH.
