You can use the 'copy all' feature on the smtp tab to send a copy of all messages to a 'processor' account. Put whatever rules you need on the processor account to forward messages where you want them. The last rule should contains a header check for any character that deletes any message not processed by the other rules. It's a bit of an overkill, but it does satisfy your need.
