You’re talking about via Webmail? You can modify the default max mailbox
size via webmail. You need to go into the Virtual Hosts settings. Other than
that, I am not sure what else you could do to configure the mailbox size on a
global scale. From:

the default mailbox size for each user, I give some one administrator and he
can add new user and can change the size of his mailbox, so I want to restrict
the size of all mailbox for this domain and on the same time the host administrator
can’t change it, tried to mange a quota but it not work. I have many domain
