Is this person behind a proxy or firewall? I was thinking if it is proxy then maybe the others have firewall clients and permissions and he doesn't. That be the case here with us running ISA only the ones authorized to send and receive external pop are able to. Allen

The problem he is having is getting his POP email. He has Outlook set up to deliver email from both our Exchange server and his pop email server to the same inbox. He can send and receive just fine on the exchange account, he cannot on the pop. As a matter of fact, when you look at the account settings, and press the test settings button, Outlook fails on the establish network connectivity step. Keep in mind that the user is constantly connected to our school network and he can access the internet just fine. There are other users in his area with the same settings and they can send and receive email from both accounts just fine. The only thing I can figure that is different is that the laptop originally ran XP Home and was upgraded to XP Pro. Any ideas? __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
