Hi Dan, We have the same problem on several servers. This was the reason to ask ipswitch. I received this generic answer:
Delete the 'slapd.conf' file from IMail\OpenLDAP\Bin. From IMail\OpenLDAP\Bin\openldap-data, delete any sub-directories. (If they exist, do not delete any files in the openldap-data directory; just sub-directories.) Then, in IMail Administrator, expand to the LDAP service and click the Init LDAP button. Then, click Yes on both prompts. The process of re-initializing the LDAP database may take a very long time if there is a large amount of user data. Do not close IMail Administrator or restart the computer at any point during this process. It must complete uninterrupted. ============================================ Am Donnerstag, 19.
