do you have the dot net framework installed on your email server?
If you do have it...I wrote a small vb.net program which we use here for
that purpose.
The program allows you to create list files from your LDAP server. LDIF,
CSV, Alias, List-lst, and List-txt.

We use it in the scheduler to generate or list server files, a csv for
outlook users and a ldif for outlook express users
