In PostMaster you can save the authentication information and if the proxy server that they are using is open the it can be hijacked to spam. It uses the PostMaster to relay spam and our server validates the authentication information saved in PostMaster. If the authentication information is correct IMail doesn't verify what the sender's ID is.
OK, in this case, the problem can be described quite easily: You have a customer who is (unintentionally) spamming. They are not bypassing your anti-relay settings, guessing passwords, hacking your server, etc.; they are simply authorized to send E-mail, and are (unintentionally) abusing it.
One option would be to approach them, and have them fix the problem (if not, remove their access).
The other option would be to implement a rate limiting system, such as Declude Hijack, so that if they start sending too much E-mail, they will get blocked.
