This is a totally irrelevant point, meant to smear/FUD "greylisting" in any definition. Marius gave a precise, and quite common, definition of the greylisting.
Of course, this must be implemented on the MTA level. So far, I know of only one
Win32 based antispam product which implements this method (Xwall).
Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to do something like this with Ipswitch, as they do not provide any access to the SMTP session.
Which excludes Declude from doing greylisting, so you smear greylisting.
