I have customers to subscribe to SiteProNews (email comes from [EMAIL PROTECTED])

With url domain black list turned on it mail from sitepronews.com has X-IMail-SPAM-URL-DBL added, even though sitepronews.com does not appear in the url-domain-bl.txt file
But several urls in the list have have the word "news" included in the url, such as confidentialnetnews.com or comnews.com

It seems to me that any url ending in news.com include activates the blcklist.

The following are acceptable entries for the URL Domain Black List:

  • If you enter a domain name in the format of www.domain.com, a URL must contain the entire entry (including www.) in order for the message to be identified as spam. Messages with only domain.com in the URL will not be identified as spam.
  • If you enter a domain name in the format of domain.com, IMail Server looks for only domain.com, whether or not it is preceded by anything. For example, the URLs www.domain.com and www.mail.domain.com would both be identified as spam, because they both contain the entry domain.com.

Seems to me a little unreasonable. Is there way around it?

cheers
