If anyone has any input, it would be greatly appreciated. For about a month now, we have had users in the field getting messages sent back as undeliverable. Many times it doesn't even give a specific description, just says: Delivery failed 20 attempts:(address). We have also been getting some back that say "unknown user", and we know they are good users because they've sent to them hundreds of times.
At first, it was only from a few select domains (Qwest.net being one) but we have been working on them specifically trying to figure it out. Lately, it has been happening to random domains, with no pattern to follow. We have most of the default options on I-mail set. We have tweaked them some for testing, and it works for a few days. But then goes back to getting bounced. We are getting to the point where we are stumped. We have checked most of the blacklists we know of and our IP is not listed on any of them. (BTW, if anyone knows of a good site to check multiple blacklists, that would be great too.)
