[IMail Forum] Disappearing Mail....

Hi there,

 

Can anyone help with this situation:

 

A number of users who weren't in on Friday have complained mail that was sent to them on that day hasn't reached their mailboxes.  I have checked the log file for that day and they certainly have had mail.

 

I completely miffed as to what could have happened here, hope someone can give some advice.
