Just to add a note here. I have begun to see an increasing number of
random duplication from zombies and other spam sources designed to
bypass "graylisting". It seems that, as feared, spammers are simply
programming the zombies (or their drivers) to transmit a given message
several times for each address so that if the first is rejected it
appears that the "server" has retried. I guess with so much stolen
bandwidth at their disposal this kind of countermeasure is a "no
brainer" for them.
